Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time: Once processed, your order will be shipped within 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UAE.

Delivery Charges: For deliveries within the UAE, a flat shipping rate of AED 20 will be applied to your order. This charge will be added to your total during checkout.

Only areas Al Wiqan (Al Ain), Madinat Zayed, Al Gharbia (Abu Dhabi) the shipping rate is AED 40.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for any delays or undeliverables packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we only offer shipping within the UAE and GCC countries.

For GCC countries, a delivery charge of AED 55 will apply and the estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 days. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your shipment. Please note that customs duties and taxes for your country will need to be paid by the customer.
